Great Vibes Coffee

There is really nothing I love more than coffee. Whether it's in ice cream form, chocolate covered espresso beans, or straight up in my favorite mug, coffee and I are in a long term relationship. I don't normally add anything to my morning cup, but in the afternoon, I love to play around with some fun variation of iced coffee. Stumbling on this recipe, I had to do a double take. It's so easy to throw together and incredibly flavorful. The only hard part is having to wait overnight for it to set up. I promise though, it's oh so worth it.

Great Vibes Coffee

Ingredients ::

+ 2/3 cup coarsely ground coffee
+ 1 tsp cinnamon
+ 1.5 - 3 tbsp coconut sugar (amount to taste)
+ 3 cups water

Recipe ::

1. Add all of the ingredients to a french press or wide-mouthed jar.
2. Stir ingredients into the water, place in fridge, let set for 12 hours or overnight.
3. Strain the mix using a sieve, strainer, or the french press, if using.
4. Grab a glass, fill halfway with ice, and pour in coffee until glass is about 3/4 full.
5. Top with full fat coconut milk or non-dairy milk of choice, and enjoy!
